Information You Submit
Text entered into a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, passes to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Lebanon People Search does not save a copy of those queries on its servers. A message sent to us contains only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs containing an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the site and show which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic traffic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How the Data Is Used
The limited data above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to government portals, Wilson County or Tennessee offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after leaving Lebanon People Search is controlled by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company under its own rules.
Who Can Receive Data
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatically collected information already described. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not share visitor data.
Data Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are retained only for as long as the stated purposes require. Because visitors do not create accounts, Lebanon People Search holds no account password or user profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal data so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Rights
Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, obtain, or opt out of certain uses of personal data. The Tennessee Information Protection Act, TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 33, applies to covered businesses within its scope. We can search our contact mailbox and technical logs for a valid request sent through the Contact page. Government records held by Lebanon, Wilson County, or Tennessee offices remain under each custodian's control, so correction or removal requests for those files must go there.
